Pork belly, spicy peach puree, grilled scallops, orange sauce , prosciutto.
Deep fried chicken croquette, anchovy tapenade, quail egg, parmigiano reggiano, baby cos & caesar dressing.
Beetroot, basil & ricotta ravioli, Raglan flamingo mushroom,espresso vinaigrette & dukkah crumb.
Eye Fillet (gfo)
Eye fillet wrapped in streaky bacon, potato rosti, green beans & mushroom topped with béarnaise sauce.
Orange & Apricot confit duck atop kumara & beetroot dauphinoise with
braised red cabbage and spinach.
Market Fish (gfo)
Coconut and lemongrass poached Fish, soft shell crab, baked asparagus,
potato scales & crab consommé.
Goat cheese & chive fondant, fried Wakame polenta, red wine onions, toasted grains & rhubarb compote.
White chocolate and cardamom brulee, hazelnut brittle & vanilla bean ice cream.
Meringue, sweet spiced stone fruit, berry coulis, orange sauce & blueberry sorbet.

At our end, it makes serving larger tables more efficient and makes the kitchen’s job a little bit easier.
Can my group use the function menu?
Function menus must be used for bookings of 12 adults or more.
